You will recieve an email once your order is comfirmed.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Once dispatched our delivery will be within 3 days. Please note orders made on a Bank holiday will be dispatched the following day.

returns & exchanges

Here at Forever Pretty Boutique we want you to love your items but if the item is not for you, we are happy to offer an exchange/credit note. We do not cover the cost of return postage for any unwanted items.

To return an item drop us email at sales@foreverprettyboutique.co.uk stating your name and email address and the product you would like to return. Your return must be made within 14 days of purchase. Once we have received your return all items are fully checked, items must be in brand new condition as you received them, unworn, labels intact, any items that have perfume, body odour or make up stains will not be issued a return.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on bodysuits and swimwear.

SALE ITEMS are non returnable.

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of us receiving them back.
